Gala
has flesh that is crisp, firm and juicy with a sweet flavor. There are
many varieties, of which we feature Fulford, Gale, and Twin Bee
Gala.

Gravenstein An
“Old-World” apple dating to the 1600’s. This apple is
the national apple of Denmark, and is the best apple for making apple
sauce.

Honeycrisp
This
exceptional new variety was developed from a Macoun and Honeygold cross
at the University of Minnesota. The fruit is mostly orange-red with a
yellow background. This crisp, juicy, sweet apple has a rich flavor
that has become very popular. It ripens in late September. Properly
refrigerated, this apple will last up to 7 months.

Macintosh
The
variety we grow is called Pioneer Mac. The flesh is white and firmer
than other Mac strains. Fruit colors to a full 90% bright red.
