Our retail shop offers delicious treats from our bakery (available on weekends or special order during the week). Bakery items include pies, breads, cookies, muffins, cinnatwists, and pie pockets. Also available is our homemade maple syrup, pre-picked apples, caramel apples, and dried apples.
Each year we hold our annual applefest, which is an old-fashioned family-oriented festival. Events include live music, free horse-drawn wagon rides, face painting for the kids, grilled food, and our own apple cider. This year's fest will be held on October 5.
Group tours are available during the apple season. Contact Carol to make a reservation @ 715-927-two four five zero.

2/13/13 Hal has begun apple tree pruning. He dons snowshoes and armed with a pneumatic pruner gives each of his 2000 trees a trim. Little to no crop last year has the potential for a hugh crop this year!
4/1/13 Maple syrup season the best ever - highest sugar content in the sap, and we set a record with 107 gallons of sryup made.
5/15/13 Hal planted about 1/2 acre of hard Spring wheat. We hope to harvest that this summer, and make our own flour for Carol's bread.
5/28/13 Our apple trees made it thru several light freezes and we had a very heavy bloom, and excellent pollination despite having lost all of our honeybee hives over winter. Our two new hives did a wonderful job along with a good population of native pollinators.
6/8/13 Our first of the season Farmer's Market in downtown Iron Mountain, across from the library. We will be there every Saturday through October.
7/10/13 We have begun picking Jubileum cherries, the first of four different tart cherries.
9/1/13 This is our best looking crop of apples ever. We have begun to pick Zestar, Gingergold, and Red Free.
9/28/13 We are now picking Macintosh, Cortland, Gala, Jonamac, & Honeycrisp.
